Egg Donor Recipient Wish List - Join

Thank you for your interest in viewing RGI's approved Egg Donor Database. To begin, please submit below a login and password. Once you log into our system you will first create and submit a Wish List. Once you submit your Wish List, you will automatically be able to review our current egg donor matches. If you prefer to have us search the database for a candidate, please contact us at 773-472-4949 to set up an appointment for a telephone consultation.

The egg donor candidates in our approved Egg Donor Database completed a very detailed questionnaire which represents the screening phase of the application. Only approximately half the candidates who apply are invited for an in-person interview with one of our oocyte evaluation program coordinators. The first interview with our program coordinator usually eliminates another 10-20% of the candidates. The second interview is with one of our physicians. The physician will also conduct medical testing for infectious disease, genetics, and drug abuse. When a candidate has cleared all of these steps, then they are considered ready to be matched for a recipient, and entered into the approved Egg Donor Database.
